#35 Five month update
Episode summary
Hey loves. It’s been a couple of months since I’ve been on here, and I wanted to update you on everything that’s been going on. The babies are officially five months old, and this season has stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.
We’ve been in the thick of learning, regulating, asking for help, and figuring out what feels right for our family. I share what choosing connection over cry it out has looked like for us, how we’re finally starting to see signs of self soothing, and what it feels like to watch your babies build skills you’ve been pouring your heart into.
I also open up about Little’s health update, navigating canine cognitive disorder with more structure and compassion, leaning on faith, and learning to trust my intuition in this new chapter. It hasn’t all been easy, but I’m finally seeing glimpses of growth that make the hard days worth it.
